🕒 Processing Time

• Orders placed before 3:00 pm (Mon–Fri) are processed and shipped the same working day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 pm or on weekends/bank holidays are shipped the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Methods

• Orders under £25 → Sent via Royal Mail 48, delivered in approx. 2–3 working days.
• Orders £25 and above → Upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 48, delivered in approx. 2 working days, with full tracking updates.
• Larger or heavier parcels → Shipped with trusted couriers such as DPD, Evri, or Yodel.

Please allow extra time during peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) as couriers may experience delays.

📦 Tracking Information

• Royal Mail 48: Includes confirmation when your parcel has been delivered.
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 & courier services: Includes full tracking details. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

• Royal Mail delivers across the entire UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) at a single flat rate – no remote surcharges apply.
• For larger courier shipments, rare surcharges may apply to locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
