💰 Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Fluffs Club. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

✅ Returns & Refunds

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method.
• Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

⚠️ Please Note

• We cannot accept items that have been used, damaged (unless faulty upon arrival), or are not in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., used pet accessories) may not be eligible for return.
